Dr: Mohan Pathirana Chairman ( Managing Director )
Dr Mohan Pathirana graduated with Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from India-IIT and Master of Business Administration ( Merit) from University of Colombo. Dr Pathirana initiated his career at Hayleys Engineering Ltd as an Electrical Engineer and later he founded ICBT Campus in the year 1999 which Today ICBT Campus is one of the largest private sector educational institutes in Sri lanka with more than 7000 students studying and around 30,000 Alumni. Dr Pathirana served ICBT for 18 year before taking up the position of Chairman Edulink International Campus which her served fro nearly two years improving the educational and Financial status of Eduliunk .Dr Mohan Pathirna formed Clamp holding in the year 2018 to continue his expertise in the international higher education not limiting to one institute but to serve to the region as an education hub in Asia
The services rendered by Mohan Pathirana to the Sri Lankan and international tertiary education industries have been commended by the following awards during his tenure.
- Hall of Fame Award in World Chancellor’s and Vice Chancellor’s Awards 2014 India
- Innovative Leader Award at Asian Leadership Award 2013 in Dubai
- Young Achiever Award at Asian Leadership Award 2013 in Dubai
- Innovative Leader Award at Philip Kotler Initiative World Marketing Summit 2013 Academic and Educational Excellence Awards , Malaysia

- Hon.Abdul Kalam Award for educational Excellence -2019
With all his above achievements and more importantly for his ultimate success in creating the private higher education in Sri Lanka and also changing it to a new direction he was conferred with Honorary Doctorate, “The Doctor of the University” by Middlesex University in October 2014 and Honorary Fellow of the Cardiff metropolitan University UK in November 2014 ,which is the highest recognition an Internationally recognized university offering any individual. Dr Pathirana is the first in Sri lanka to bestow such an award.
