CLAMP Holdings in collaboration with Ian Fitness Ventures organized Shawn Ray Muscle Training & Fitness Workshop on 09th & 10th February 2019 at OSMO Gym, Pelawatta. Shawn Ray is a Hall of Fame Former Bodybuilder, Author & a Fitness Coach who has won many International Contests. Throughout the workshop he revealed many tips that can be useful for Sri Lankan contenders during their Contests.
